Guests:We’re happy to host up to 13 guests

Pets:  You can bring up to 5

Service animals are always welcome

Check-In: Anytime after 3:00 PM (we’re flexible!)

Check-Out: By 10:00 AM so we can get the place ready for the next guests

Quiet Enjoyment: Please keep noise down, especially during quiet hours, to respect our neighbours

No Parties or Events: We love fun, but big parties aren’t allowed

Smoking & Vaping: For everyone’s comfort, please keep it outside🚭

No Drugs or Glitter: Help us keep the space clean and safe for everyone

Commercial Photography & Filming: Please get prior approval if you plan to film or take professional photos.
